But I think it was the whole team that messed up in those two games. They probably had their head somewhere else. That Southampton match was a disaster ; almost all the trusted legs messed up from Zinchenko to Partey to Odegaard etc .

One of my bigger frustrations with Arteta is that he is such a reactive coach and his reactions are usually when things have soured badly.

He is never proactive, it has to absolutely get bad and out of his hands before he decides to try another approach.
