Ukraine won’t do something as suicidal and daring as that without American approval. And Americans are notorious for pushing the limit - especially now that they’re very desperate.

Putin most likely won’t retaliate straight away. Especially since he has been very conservative (even to a fault) throughout the war. Also, you can’t let emotions override logic since that’s most likely what they’re expecting. But it would be interesting to see where all the chips fall in the coming weeks.

Scary times tho.
