That poor girl will be in severe pain after the surgery. Some types of pain will breakthrough despite the strongest pain killers given to her. I hope and pray for her full recovery.

Really doctors doing an excellent job to save that girl life. Hats off to doctors job. Removing arrow from chest is not an easy task, but they are doing it amazing.
