The presidential election in Lagos was rigged for Obi by some anti-Yoruba actors in Lagos.. those corpers and returning officers were underestimated. Igbos won't leave their shops to go and queue for Obi, so they either jacked up the figures or counted other candidates votes for Obi.
The reshuffling of INEC officials a week before the governorship election spoilt their plans.

No, but this shows that politicians with hired crowds can be defeated.

Most of the crowd that showed up at tinubu rally actually voted Labour party.
