I'm from Obiaruku in Ukwuani local govt area.
I'm Ukwuani I'm not igbo.

Yes no doubt some parts of Delta State ie ( Aniocha Oshimili axis) speak igbo but the ikas and Ukwuani otherwise known as Ndokwa are not Igbos.
