Why is the sore looser in court? Let me be Frank with you. Everyone in that court including his lawyers sees him as a sore looser that has failed to lick his wound.

Lets be honest, Obi has no case. I have read his prayers in detail. I have gone through the vote counts. And yes, Rivers state is suspicious and some are even claiming Lagos still has some votes for Obi, but even if you gave Obi Rivers and give him 900K in Lagos, he still will be in 3rd position.

I don't really know much about this but heard it then in Akwa Ibom gubernatorial election tribunal that Udom was reaffirmed base on the second principle.

The oppositions petition lack basis/substance, apart from 25% in Abuja and Shettima double nomination, other petitions filed are issues that have been quashed severally by court.

Imagine the oppositions going to court without presenting the figure they had that make them the winner or how they arrived at the figure.

They are not different of Iya Ibeji wey dey always claim Kehinde go buy cloth for Lagos when he's no more..

INEC did a very poor job. They were not smart with the rigging.

His drug trafficking case can be trashed technically if only his legal team know what to say.

Technically, to cancel any election presidential or otherwise, you just have to prove two things:

1. You were duly nominated by your party for the elections, you are ready but was excluded by INEC. It will be cancelled and a fresh one called for everyone to participate. Whether you stand little or no change of winning.

2. You were a candidate in the election hoping on INEC to follow it's guidelines and INEC didn't, just prove INEC didn't follow one of the guidelines. It will be cancelled and a fresh one called for where the guidelines would be followed. LP & PDP have proved this!
These are the two key ways to technically cancel any election following precedence set by all the courts in Nigeria. Shogbo?

To make a declaration of a winner different from what INEC declared.

To upturn any election, you just have to do one thing:

1. That your votes were stolen, assigned to another person, not counted or simply suppressed. Don't use your own Data to prove that, use INEC data to prove it, especially INEC CTC. There will be a recount, addition & subtraction made. The learned judges will do the counting themselves and declare a winner. Hope Uzodinmma is a living beneficiary.
So far LP has proved this using INEC CTC to buttress the fact.

How to disqualify a candidate. Two ways.

1. Simply prove he lied under oath either academically or in any other documents tendered. Ex gov of Bayelsa state is a living witness, not him but his deputy brought the disqualification! That is why Shettima is really regretting this Asiwaju combo! LP has proven three instances where Asiwaju lied under oath & PDP has proven one instance.

2. Simply prove that he has be convicted or have a forfeiture order against him from a law of competent jurisdiction anywhere in the world. He will be disqualified.


Once you present a doc different from what the institution presents, whether you attend or not is not the issue but the doc you presented. Asked the governor of Enugu state why he's jittery. Mbah did NYSC but most children of big men don't wait or have patience for the one year. Like one musician... These are known statues but some rogue politicians playing on ethnic & religious affiliations would have none of it. Both opposition parties have proven that the Bola Ahmed Tinubu who stood as a candidate has a forfeiture order against him & actually forfeit money to the USA Govt, and that it's even in narcotics!
