He is expected to win. Adeleke verdict has an impact on the presidential case as well

BVAS is the Primary Source and superior to any report tendered by the appellant, exhibit BVR dismissed entirely - Justice Agim JSC

So what's the implication of this?

Otedola has even cooled down. He also had a falling out with dangote back then. Next thing he started otedola cement in a bid to Fk with dangotes market. That time it was drama drama drama and paranoia. Remeber the issue with the reps where he gave lawan dollars, filmed it and then put it out on SM? A move that ultimately did nothing but get him enemies. Yes, we were all shocked and disappointed that lawan was ultimately just a poser speaking English, but it was a completely misguided move for a Nigerian business person.
These billionaires are generally not regular people, and some of them can be truly unorthodox in their approach, many would consider Femi's business strategies as crude/dramatic, but it's what works for him, however crude. I want to believe he has something up his sleeves with these tears he's been shedding sha, otherwise grin

- Since the BVAS is the foundation of the Appellants' case, failure to produce the BVAS was fatal...
- Adeleke ought not to have even defended any of the allegations of Oyetola because they are based on hear say.
- INEC regulations does not provide for transportation of accredited voters to the database except snapped pictures of results for form Ec8A to the IREV - Court holds
- Supreme Court adopts BVAS as the primary source, exhibit BVR by Oyetola dismissed.
- BVAS does not operate in isolation of voters register , therefore voters register is relevant to the conduct of election. - Supreme Court holds

Take note of the above point and be ready to hear similar during th Presidential ruling

Otedola was a pure beneficiary of presidential patronage. he was doing 'Diesel Direct' back then, selling diesel at lower prices than anyone else. people were hailing him as some sort of visionary. well all that happened was OBJ dropped standing instruction, attend to otedolas vessels first at port, no matter where they are in the queue. this meant no demurrage costs for otedola.this iwas why he could sell diesel at lower than anyone else. during this period otedola made mad money.that was when he built zenon house and started running mad .

yardua put a stop to this presidency backed queue jumping and otedola almost went bankrupt. when yardua died otedola surgically attached himself to GEJ. it was really funny because it was so obvious and the man no send. then once you will see pictures of GEJ , it would always be Otedola beside him. he sha got enough concessions to revive his business.

Don't confuse things up please. BVAS was the real deal.

BVAS eliminated

1. Multiple voting / Over voting

2. Ghost voters.

BVAS really really eliminated fraud to some extent in our just concluded election.

3. He is talking about the IREV portal and not BVAS.

4. BVAS is an accreditation system. Designed to read PVC and authenticate voters.
Excellent. But BVAS shouldn't stop there. INEC chairman on record, said that BVAS will upload results in real time to the IREV for all to see. It didn't. Even when there were rumours that INEC was planning not to upload, he came out openly to rebuff the rumours. It's on record. So it's foolish talk for anyone to play down on those promises in the assumption that BVAS didn't work because of a mere glitch.

You know what, Tonye Cole who is the APC Governorship candidate in Rivers said on live television, that INEC and APC took advantage of the period from 1pm to 11pm when the BVAS didn't work to manipulate results. This is the key issue. They manipulated and adulterated the results because BVAS failed, or rather INEC refused for the results to be upload. This was also what made INEC to declare the winner before the total upload.

Rivers state for example was a sham of an election. A f**king disgrace to a nation.

We are still asking INEC to tell us what was the glitch. They called it a glitch but what was the glitch?

INEC- mute 🤐

But they must talk, because thunder will fire 💥💥💥 someone before May 29.

The Nairaland and twitter 🦇 SANs who said they would do better than Obi's lawyers after premium times posted rubbish must be shaking right now grin.

Ikpeazu has defeated Olanipekun again in a friendly before the real El-classico takes place

Head-to-Head comparison, Olanipekun has only removed one governor, Olusegun Agagu, whereas Ikpeazu has removed three governors from their seats (Ngige, Omehia, and Andy Uba).

I think Oyetola used the IREV which the tribunal accepted, but the Appeal Court said they had to call witnesses and IREV cannot stand alone as evidence.

This will surely impact on the presidential.

Note that Adeleke's lawyer is part of Peter Obi's team. 😎

Election/voting can't take place if BVAS don't work. BVAS most accredited you before you vote na.

Recognizing Oyetola iRev as the legit source will be a problem for the Presidential Tribunal, Now with this precedence already set, If you are coming with anything other than BVAS, you are just wasting your time

Though not strictly of her generation, KSA and Fela were the Nigerians with the best potential of winning a Grammy in that era. KSA actually came close twice.
