There are no 300,000+ Russian recruits in Ukraine. Stop kidding yourself. Do you think 300k forces are 3 dozens that you can hide in a classroom? The majority of that force is infantry, and they're designed to man defensive positions, to balance and stabilize the areas liberated so far. They're not part of the current Russian prong attacking forces, which is being dominated by the DPR and LPR militias, the Wagner musical group of death, and of course, an adequate number of Russian regular forces completing the list. Most of that newly recruited forces have not even tasted battle. Some of them along with Russian regular forces are stationed in Belarus and sitting comfortably behind the frontlines. These are easily verifiable information.

The LPR, DPR, and Wagner group are the ones doing most of the dirty fighting in Ukraine. The area that Russian regular troops dominate exclusively is in Sea, aviation and land standoff strikes from deep in Russian territory into targets in Ukraine. This is why the Russians have everything at their disposal to play the waiting game.

So you haven't heard about rotating forces? The majority of the 109k Russian forces that started this operation have been rotated out. And it's not the entire length of Ukraine that is being contested. The fighting is limited to the east, with few exceptional strikes in the western parts of the country that hasn't seen any land struggles. So, there was no immediate need to rush the entire 300k forces to the fronts assuming they have all been received and trained.
