GloriousGbola:When you say these things, is it that you're truly convinced Tinubu is this person you describe or it's mere wishful thinking? ![]() |

Theflint1:Tinubus track record in public office which he always points to is what gives us confidence unlike Obi that is ashamed to point to his 8yr tenure as governor |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Theflint1(m): 9:03pm On May 10, 2023 |
Unlimited22:It's funny really, that was how he said the other day with confidence that Tinubu is not the sort of guy to go hopping around francophone countries, only for a video to be released showing him hopping around the same Francophone countries Uncle G swore his man had no business with. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Theflint1(m): 9:13pm On May 10, 2023 |
raumdeuter:Isn't it funny that he had to resort to rigging and violence to get face-saving votes from the same Lagosians who were supposed to have experienced this track record of his you refer to, while the Peter Obi that is supposedly ashamed of his time in public office got over 90% of the votes from the people that witnessed his failure as governor? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Unlimited22: 9:19pm On May 10, 2023 |
raumdeuter:The same person who kept saying Go and Verify all through his campaign. Who said if anybody could find a corruption case in his 8 years as governor, directly linked to him, would result in his immediate stepping down from the race Who improved education and HDI and even IGR in the state Is the person who's ashamed to point to his tenure as governor? |

Theflint1:it is better to tow the obidient line and assume tinubu is in europe to move heroin, or maybe has gone for another round of surgery gonna be a long eight years ![]() |

Theflint1:People from all over Nigeria about 8million of them trusted Tinubus leadership and the Obi was roundly rejected, he didnt even finish 2nd, it was 3rd |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 9:42pm On May 10, 2023 |
Unlimited22:We went to verify and we saw curses being poured on him by those he governed, some were swearing for him heavily. There is a thread on this forum around the time he was governor and it was filled with curses for him for being a total disaster, All these he improved this he improved that The current governor of Anambra who is from the same party as the one Obi ruled and is also a Professor of Economics told us that all Obis so called investments are worth next to nothing After office nothing to show as a legacy unlike Tinubu that was acknowledged the best governor of his set even by opponents, a visionary. Obi even pales when compared to SanwoOlu and Ambode never mind Tinubu If we are going to be fair, Obi can only be compared to the likes of Yaya Bello, Alao Akala, TA Orji and those failures who ruled |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Theflint1(m): 9:44pm On May 10, 2023 |
raumdeuter:It's easier to deceive those that don't know you than it is to deceive those that know you. Tinubu was soundly rejected in his adopted state, Lagos, and in his home state, Osun; the two places where he's best known. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 9:49pm On May 10, 2023 |
Theflint1:Tinubu is a National icon, He has been in public glare for 30yrs and known all over Nigeria. When he needed to win elections in Lagos state, he did 3 times, when he needed to win elections in Nigeria he did at first attempt He never failed unlike Obi whose candidate was rejected by his home state people last governorship, his party lost in 2019 and in 2023. He should go back to the tag team of failure with Atiku so they can get a national award for failing serially |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Leoniine(f): 5:55am On May 11, 2023 |
raumdeuter:Now you're shifting the post. The point has been about a concentration of votes in places that you expected to be strongholds of each candidates. You specifically mentioned Lagos and Anambranians and one governor being a success and the other a failure, so naturally, were the love/hate both of them have from the public not supposed to be reflected in their hometowns and states they governed? Ise ile ni a n gbe lo si ta. He has 8m votes, but he's the most unpopular 'president' ever. Why were the Lagos elections marred with violence that colored the outcome of the people's real love for Tinubu? ![]() |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by GloriousGbola: 5:59am On May 11, 2023 |
raumdeuter:Election don end - apology tour don begin. Hopefully obidients get the memo. Obi probably also needs to make a public show of we are not toxic just in case we get even more acts of craziness as we count down to may 29. |

The Budget Office of the Federation has said Nigeria now has a “limited borrowing space” due to its poor debt-to-revenue ratio, stressing that “trouble” looms for the country if it exceeds its limits.Source:https://punchng.com/nigerias-borrowing-trouble-imminent-says-budget-office/?amp |

BlueRayDick:BAT must find a way to increase our revenue. Make sure we are maximizing our revenue generating avenues and plug leakages. We can’t be earning so little and be living lavishly with loans. |

Efcc arrest Saleh Mamman, the former minister of power that Buhari sacked in 2021 for a 22bn fraud. How do you embezzle 22bn in 22 months ffs. These guys are fûcking heartless. |

airmark:Did you also see "Even with the present situation" which implies I was referring to the brief period when there was a surge in crime. Now that the situation has been brought under control and everyone is going about their normal businesses and daily lives as always, all the I told you so are no where to be found. I'm still waiting for disstroy to tell us where policemen were decapitated this month. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 8:01am On May 11, 2023 |
larride:What is most important after increasing revenue is cutting cost of governance . If we like make trillions in revenue , if we keep spending as a nation at this rate ; we will end up getting poorer as a people . The government needs to prioritize our actual needs over our wants. I followed the sentencing of Ekweremadu and they mentioned how the man owned almost 40 houses abroad and officially he earned a little less than 400k pounds. I’m sure he must have used his various positions in house committees to help himself acquire most of those properties . I know someone who got paid by FERMA for a job that was never done. Mr A has a relative ; Mr Q who works with FERMA. So Mr Q just requested for Mr A’s BVN, asked him to open a bank account with a micro-finance bank that partners with FERMA. The money being disbursed is under the guise of FERMA needing to construct roads in some parts of the country and they needed to contract unskilled laborers to clear bushes to allow them construct roads. When the funds were disbursed to Mr A, he took 40% and returned 60% to Mr Q and his associates in FERMA . They had several people do this for them. Funny enough , no clearing job was done anywhere ; just money was pulled out of the system. This is how we spend some of these funds they keep going to World bank and China to borrow . If they don’t block these leakages, we will keep borrowing and even increase revenue yet we will have little or nothing to show for it. |
