The recent judgement by the Supreme Court in declaring Adeleke as the authentic winner of Osun governorship election has finally dashed the Labour Presidential flagbearer's hope at the Apex court. Same is applicable to the PDP.

The PDP and LP are currently challenging the validation of the ruling party during the February 25th Presidential election at the Elections Tribunal.

In the kitty of Peter Obi's legal team is this decider which is their strongest defense against the APC victory as announced by the electoral umpire, the INEC. That decider is the real time electronic transmission of results to the INEC's Irev servers.

During the last judgement by the supreme Court that validated the victory of Adeleke in Osun State, the Apex court ruled that it was not compulsory or constitutional for INEC to transmit the polls result electronically. This has become a reference for the APC legal team.

It is very glaring that the 25% of the Federal Capital votes and drugs issues has been laid to rest.

So, what next will the opposition contend against. Could this be the case of a lost mandate?

Therefore, confuse the confusion that they're sending to confuse me"x10.
grin
E shock you,?
I know you're confused, but don't worry it won't last for long after saying the above prayer

If BVAS is primary factor in this election, there can't be IREV without information from BVAS, accreditation, House of Reps & Senate Results, everything concerning BVAS must be well adhere to from A to Z, once single part of BVAS functions is omitted, then nullify the BVAS as primary factor in the election.

I swear you are clueless. grin

To be candid. Obi is a born loser and a failure who doesn't understand the game of politics.

President Jonathan is enjoying his peace simply because he accepted the out come of the 2015 election in good faith and has since been embraced locally and internationally.

Obi would have really positioned himself for glory if only he had managed the out come of this results well by congratulating the winner Tinubu and aftetwards, do all it takes to build a proper structure for the Labour Party. A structure that will eventually pivot him to becoming a Igbo president by the will of Nigerians, North, East, South, West in his life time.

It took Tinubu nothing less than 32 years working towards his life ambition, being calculative, focus and disciplined.

We all know that the petitions against Tinubu are all built on TRIVIALITIES and not substance. Very worthless.

Right from the word go. It's inevitable that Tinubu will be the winner. Obi did not win, he stood no chance of winning. Neither did Atiku win, he also stood no chance of winning because the dynamics during the last election was totally at odds with them.

Tinubu will be sworn in. Have no doubt that it's the beginning of positioning Nigeria for greatness.

Which judgement said that it is not compulsory for INEC to transmit results if that was in the INEC Guildelines for the elections(the main contention here).

Stop Lying

there is no law that requires presiding officers to transmit by BVAS the number of accredited voters or accreditation of the polls to the database or backend server of INEC as claimed by the appellants.

Accredited Voters is NOT equal to BALLOT RESULT take note

Obviously, these guys have sacificed the good for the best. Losing or sacrificing Osun to maintain a good grip on the presidency isn't a bad move politically.

Oyetola should be warming up to head the FIRS or go to Saudi Arabia as an ambassador.

BVAS is the Game Changer (Is the Primary factor)

If failed to be accredited with BVAS Automatically you are not eligible to vote.

If some results can be transmitted to IREV by BVAS, they are very valid. House Of Reps & Senate Results. All

Presidential Results Failed to be transmitted to IREV by BVAS. This nullify BVAS as Primary Factor and as Game Changer

Before you can say BVAS is a Primary Factor, it must be able to carry it's functions optimally.

If accreditation is must by BVAS. If not accredited by BVAS you can't vote.

Why will you uphold the results that is not transmitted by the same BVAS.

Every Functions of BVAS in conducting election must be adhere to and must be made to work.

All the functions have been tested perfectly before deploying them for election and INEC assured Nigeria everything is perfect till election is conducted.
