Recall that on April 19 the acting national chairman of the Labour Party, Lamidi Apapa, says his suspension as a member of the party is invalid, noting that he remains the ‘legitimate acting chairman.’

Apapa has now taken over as the authentic Chairman of the party.

Only a NEC meeting of all LP chairmen in each state of the federation can appoint an acting national chairman according to the Labour party laws!
Most of these people who claim to be ancestors in LP don't even know their laws!
Now some clowns in APC are suddenly supporting Lamidi apapa because they know he is trying hard to do the bidding of their paymasters!
They clam to be elders and have stayed in the party for donkey years and yet have had zero electoral value up till now! grin
