Abure still remains the authentic national chairman of the labour party.
Today's ruling was if the court have the jurisdiction to listen to party's internal affairs & which the court ruled that they can,but supreme court have ruled previously that court do not have jurisdiction to rule on party's internal affairs.

It’s scary. I watched this clip a couple of weeks ago and I’m still surprised how everything he said is still happening today. You joined a party around May last year and you’re already trying to dictate to the people who have been there come rain or shine. The same set of nincompoops went to another man’s house as economic refugees and worthless children of nobodies only to start calling the land a no man’s land. The Yorubas are too meek for my liking, they should go to Kano and call it a no man’s land since it’s also as metropolitan as Lagos.

I saw this thread & many news making round that the court have ruled that Lamidi Apapa is the acting Chairman of labour party,and what I noticed about the news is that it's propagated by mischief makers & a well known propagandists party.

I have decided to create a thread to set the record straight.

Today's court ruling was all about if the court have jurisdiction to listen & rule on political party's internal affairs,which the court ruled it have the jurisdiction to listen to it.

Supreme court have previously ruled that courts don't have the jurisdiction to rule on political party's affairs,so, why's a lower court claiming they now have the jurisdiction to rule on such matter ?

That's why the Labour party said ,in a press briefing after the court ruling,that they will appeal the matter.

The Lamidi Apapa sham video making round in another mischievous move by this moles to create a different narrative from today's court ruling.

Nowhere did the court the court made a ruling on who is the national chairman of the labour party,and as Abure himself said ,while briefing the press after the court session,that he remains the labour party chairman.

So please,ignore the mischief makers,and do you all have a lovely day.
