Osinbajo is not smart? It is his smartness that got him where he is today. It is his smartness that made Bola Ige, Tinubu and Buhari to seek and ask him to serve in their respective govts. Even OBJ tried to snatch him from Tinubu during Lagos vs Federal saga, but remained loyal to his principal. He's doesn't lobby for position but positions look or lobby for him.
