If you become a soldier without a college degree, you won’t earn much. Best bet is to get a degree before you join the military

Are you aware of the US population by race and that enlistment is voluntary? The Army (and other branches of the military) have always had high numbers of black soldiers because they choose it as a career. You’re making it seem like it’s a bad thing when the Army is a honorable job that has strong job security—no worries about layoffs. The benefits packages are great and free healthcare for life comes along with it.
As for your last sentence about a white man claiming to be more intelligent, it’s super funny simply because that the US Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, is a Black man. Whatever the white men want to claim doesn’t matter because currently, a Black man is at the top.
