All talk with no sense. He is just confusing his members.

The were to hear the suit and you remain suspended according to the court. Apapa the chairman or not can still be debated. This your show of stupidity will only make you look vulnerable to the judge and that could spell a Doom for you.

Accept the court ruling and if you want to appeal it, do that while stilll respecting the ruling of the previous court. You are just showing your stupidity and acting like someone high on cheap marijuana.

You better be careful. You will end up in jail and nothing will happen. There is a ruling already. If you don't like it, then you appeal but while you are on it, respect the standing order. A law knows no one and will be shamed if you are not careful. Happy Sunday
You are the one talking with no sense, as far as the case has been appealed apapa or whatever he calls himself cannot stand as a chairman until the case is finalized by the supreme court, if not governor Adeleke wouldn't be a governor today.

Is this not the same Abure caught forging documents
It is left for the appeal and the supreme court to decide that, not apapa or apc.

Why can't we take responsibility for our problems.

What had Tinubu to do with the crisis in LP.

We keep creating enemies for Peter obi via our words and deeds.

We obedients made PO list the last election.

We must build bridges if we want obi to ever become a president.
Your question is like asking what Onanuga have to do with LP, the apapa of a man is sponsored by the apc, tinubu or not.

I still says it for the second time obi did not qualify to contest under labour party.
section 77(3) of the Electoral Act, 2022, mandated all political party to submit its comprehensive register of members to the (INEC) 30 days before its presidential primary.
Obi was still a member of the PDP at the time labour party summited their register to inec
“(He) resigned his membership of the PDP on 26 May 2022 and joined the Labour Party the following day being 27 May 2022.

“(Labour Party) conducted its Presidential Primary on 30 May 2022 which produced (Obi) as the candidate, That is to say, the said register of members must have been submitted to (INEC) on or before 30 April 2022.
“(Mr. Obi) as of 30 April 2022 was still a member of the PDP and his name was not and could not have been in the register of members submitted by (LP) to (INEC)”.
you see how obi will be humiliated soon, labour party don't even have a presidential candidate in the last election

We all know Apampa's recent actions has nothing to do with the incoming president Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Apampa, like Abure, is just trying to be at the forefront to eat his own cake too (like Abure who met him in the pary did) from whatever crumbs is left before the eventual collapse of the party.
If you still believe Obi/Labour Party has any strong case to overturn the result of the last presidential election, then you're as deluded as the rest of the Obi followers.

When we told you what really happened and you never wanted to hear but went to copy adulterated news from Festus Keyamo blog to confuse yourself and those around you. Shame on all of you. Thiéfnubu is a criminal drug kingpin and the most corrupt politician in the word right now. He is bankrolling babalawo Apapa and his cohorts. There is nothing thiéfnubu can't do to grab power and run away with it. Your daddy cocaine sniffer is a criminal and he must return the people's mandate.

This hope you're giving yourself and your co-travellers, I just pray it won't lead you to where you never contemplated. This is a case that has been decided by FHC and FAC. It was taken to court by APM and it was struck out by both courts. Have you seen where courts give judgement against itself. No that the case of presidential election is equivalent to Appeal Court and all decisions they we take will be based on court precedence.
Read the court judgement here:
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.vanguardngr.com/2023/02/presidential-election-appeal-court-declines-to-disqualify-obi-labour-party-2/amp/

Let us even apply common sense in this. A section of the electoral Act says submit hard and soft copy of your membership list 30 days to election but never made mention why the list must be submitted.
1. If to stop admitting new members.
2. Or not allowing new members to participate in the party affairs
3. Or new members cannot be fielded for an election again
There was no such thing after the clause and you expect one judge to seat down and give judgement to bar new members from being sponsor for an election.
Take this to any bank, even CBN to withdraw any amount you want for this week upkeep, no judge or justice will give any draconian judgement in such circumstance. Please find a new direction, this one would not fly.

Even a blind, deaf and dumb man know Apapa is working for Tinubu and APShit to weaken PO chances at the tribunal.

...but their evil plan won't see the light of day.
The speed of light at which Bayo Onanuga reported the news shows they were piloting Pa Lamidi Apapa to do their bidding. How would a supposed winner of a presidential election be all out to see the downfall of a supposed loser party? This is strange to me. Even their supporters are more out to attack a supposed loser party than to be celebrating their win. This is still strange to me.
If truly you won the election fairly and creditably why all these attacks and not always in the mood of celebrations. The thing just tire me self

Mr. Man, me and you had been on this issue since yesterday now. Till date there has never been any ruling that oust Abure from LP. It is just an interlocutory injunction made against him and chairmanship. The case is still in court and hearing has not began. Abure only raised order of jurisdiction of the court and the court yesterday only said, its has right to hear the case in its ruling. And if such ruling is made, the accused has right to appeal the ruling, even till supreme court. If by tomorrow any superior court says the FHC has no jurisdiction, the substantive case died natural death but if the superior court says FHC has jurisdiction, then Abure will go back there and the substantive case will start.
In summary, for now, they are still dealing with order of jurisdiction of the court to entertain the case.
Now let me school you small. The cause of action of the suspension of Abure was in Benin by his ward, hence, any court case on the subject matter should be in Benin and not in Abuja. That is the jurisdiction he is fighting for.
Secondly, Supreme court has said severally that internal affairs of a party doesn't concern any court in Nigeria. His suspension as an internal affair and court cannot hear it and thankfully, the last case on the subject matter was with Suleiman vs APC.
I know with this simple explanation, you will still turn blind eye on it because you want your assertion to prevail and not apply common sense.
