Most have simply returned to their hometowns and based there. These various towns have become a virgin land for the returnees. The surprising thing is that most of these returnees came back empty handed squatting in the extended family houses but today most have built their own duplexes from the money made at home
For those still struggling outside AlaIgbo it's time to make that journey back home because Alaigbo na the real deal.now

I also noticed that since the beginning of Nnamdi kanu Biafra agitation and the disadvantage is that it has made land more expensive. A place like fegge in Onitsha was less than 15m in 2015 but today a standard plot with an old building on it goes for a minimum of 45 million now

u re right. Even in the villages lands are very costly. I believe it is because of the fast developmental strides currently happening in southeast

Good move. That is what all Igbo town meeting should be promoting because Igbos is the only true Nigeria. You can't find an Hausa, Fulani or Yoruba man owe property in Igbo land.

Well Owomida has put 3 south western states on the Top 10 states with the highest IGR in Nigeria. No SE states comes close. And needless to remind you, so many Igbos would rather kill or die than not having the opportunity to get security and prosperity in the South west. Deal with it Iyamiri sad

Controlled by what foolish Igbos?? So y'all can't push the states where y'all are predominant to be valuable and have a high revenue but would stupidly claim the success of others and other region where y'all are seeking refuge. Y'all can't seem to be separated from stupidity, can you?

Ur cries can't stop Igbos from buying up ur choicest lands and living in affluence while relegating u lots to the slums where u eat crumbs from Igbos

Where you find most Igbos in Oyo state are slums like Iwo road, bere and Agodi while Lagos; Mushin, Ikorodu, MI12. So you see y'all are nobody but lowlife refugees who can't live without help

IGR has nothing to do with economic progress. It's GDP per capit that counts. Anambra GDP is higher than Oyo

Demographia has rated Onitsha as the largest urban area by landmass in Nigeria. The population is swelling, villages and towns are expanding and merging. Land are expensive but still being bought like biscuits

The relocation is the best way forward. Tell all of your people to go back home. Very simple.

They need to have a home to go back to, they cannot leave from Nigeria to Nigeria. They can only leave from Nigeria to Biafra

So once we agree that Nigeria is no more, people will go, but asking them to go while still keeping "one Nigeria", that one makes no sense

So you didn't know this all this while? If there is any attempt to force Igbos out of anywhere in Nigeria with government backing then such government must recognize Igboland as separate country or face another war.
