Let's get serious and plan ahead of May 29.

No Court can stop the swearing-in of the President-Elect.

1. The plaintiffs have no locus having not been Candidates in the election.

2. Post-election, the tribunal is the only avenue to seek a cancellation or whatever.

3. The Court has no jurisdiction in the sense that the petition is already before a Higher Court.

4. The suit is lacking in merit and should be dismissed as with costs.
