Obi dt chose not to conduct LG elections in 7 and a half years should never be compared to Tinubu dt paid LG chairmen from state purse when FG withdrew their allocation. The money wasn't there, he had to increase IGR to do dt. That election should've been between Tinubu, Kwakwanso, and other bright minds dt have proved to have sense. Just like Buhari gave Osinbajo many roles until he began to go against some of Buhari's decisions which made Buhari stripped him of over 90% of the roles given to him.
