There's something about the west that I find so hilarious.
Each time Russia come up with a countermeasure for any of their armaments, the west always tends to use the word upgrade a lot.
The recent case study can be said to be the himars which are about to get an upgrade because of how the Russians have rendered it useless.
The same storm shadow that received an upgrade because of how the Russians rendered it useless in Syria, could not stand the test of time in Ukraine, hence my initial comment "so soon".

They will pay their IMF, and world bank dollar based loans in USD , while their nation to nation debts will be paid in their agreed bric currency

US can't seize their reserve, seizing people's funds is the cause of dedollarisation so seizing the funds will only make more nations to run away from USD, and further isolate US from the global banking systems.
