Let the lawyers from each side argue and present all their evidence before the tribunal and later the appeal court and finally the supreme court. Massiveglory: Actually they are not. Their case is centered around Tinubu and Shettima's qualification and the 25% requirement. And as an alternative, if the Court does not accept that argument, they are arguing that failure to trasmit results live to IREV amounts to substantial non-compliance with the Electoral Act. |
