The man did not say that he was the one who gave 200million bribe, what he said is that another candidate from the APC who lost the governorship primaries of that party gave a bribe of 200million so as to be brought in through the back door as governorship candidate for the Labour Party in Ebonyi State

The main thing is that you have confirmed that he was actually the state chairman of the party when the party was relatively unknown.

It is not fair that another person should come and take the benefit that should come to him since he has worked for the party?

I believe everything this guy is saying here because they are all verifiable and considering the fact that Abure was suspended by the court for forgery and most of the crimes listed here, I can say there is no difference among all these political parties.

Try to keep up. He was pretty clear that it was his rival, an APC decampee, who allegedly paid 200 million to the party chair.

He alleged that leaders of the party forged his signature in connivance with a former governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress, in Ebonyi State, to scuttle his ambition.

He stated this in an interview with The PUNCH, in Abakaliki, on Tuesday.

According to the LP chieftain, the former APC gubernatorial aspirant allegedly approached the national leadership of the LP with N200,000,000.00 ‘gift’ in order to allow him to take over the party structure in the state.
