Every bank account opened by a person is connected to BVN so block it instead of all this talking, go to the police or efcc and get a document that will ensures his BVN is non-operational and all his accounts are blocked and the day he goes to any bank they will notify the police and detain him.

Also pay additional fees to make him intertionally wanted for fraud in case he attempts to travel out of the country when they run his name on their systems they will see wanted for fraud and detain him then deport him then he will be arrested at the Port of entry into Nigeria.

If his family members account to is involved then also get their BVN blocked..

Seconded! It makes no sense to arrest any family member of his. I doubt that is even possible... considering the fact that they committed no crime. Their only "crime" being that, they are related to the said suspect. So, that wouldn't fly ( I think! ). What he can do is draw his family's attention to the said fraud, & perhaps threathen to do one or two. I think the family will bring out their son.. that's if he hasn't already eloped.

This is not about Lawyer or not. The accuser should file a report at the appropriate quarter and then allow the law to take its course. At court of law, the accuser is expected to prove his case, while the accused is equally expected to defend himself, before any pronouncement can be made.

The accuser might end up implicating himself, if he does anything outside the law, as people are already suggesting for him.
