Diagnosed with HBP 3yrs ago and placed on Amlodipine and Lisinopril. I made conscious lifestyle changes and lost considerable amount of weight. I make sure to walk at least 3km daily at least four times a week. I also drink lots of water. My BP stabilized and I weaned my self off drugs and this is my BP a year and half later. The key is exercise, eating healthy and drinking lots of water.

When you have HBP, always remember to take your drugs, and avoid lifestyle that deepen your crisis.
