Guys, I have been noticing something of recent. I see commercial drivers buying boiled eggs in traffic and in d garages. Is there any benefit or advantage of boiled eggs to fulltime drivers apart from the normal nutrition and health benefits of eggs? Cos these women will boil a bucket full of eggs and before evening they have finished selling it. Personally, I don't understand why people will just be eating boiled eggs like snacks, I think there is something in this practice. If u have any info or if there is someone u can ask, kindly do and share here for us. If e dey give stamina for driving or stops sleep, make we know abeg. |

Pearl1910:Egg is a balance diet, it contains all the nutrients Protein, vitamins, mineral salt, a little bit of carbs and fats and oil. Egg is a natural energy booster. I used to eat of alot of eggs when I was on rental of 50k per week as far back as 2017. It gives me energy to drive 16hours everyday. (5am - 10pm) without getting tired. There was a time i had excruciating pain on my legs and feets, the pain was so serious I found it difficult to walk. I went to see a doctor. Medical test was carried out, they discovered I had too much cholesterol as a result of too much consumption of egg. Blood was not flowing properly to my legs due to cholesterol building up in my veins and arteries. Prolong sitting for hours was the major issue because I wasn't exercising and at the same time eating too much of eggs. Medical reports stated i had P.A.D due to inactivity. Since then i have stop eating too much egg. And I don't sit and drive for hours like before again. If am to drive for a longer period, I ensure there is intermittent break, after a long trip, I come down from my car walk around for like 10 - 20 mins before I continue work again When someone is eating too much cholesterol food sitting all day and not exercising like strolling or walking or treking it's very dangerous to health. It could cause heart attack, stroke, paralysis, diabetes, hypertension, kidney damage etc |

ReadaDream:Good observation, good vibes but I want you to also tell us your experience using a totally different car other than the regular bang wagon. During my active days with my BENZIMA (best car for the hustle) yes I make bold to say it. You would agree with me that you get more cancelled trips at night than day time. Do you know why? No car hijackers want to see a C180 or C200... Like watin him won use am do . When was the last time you were harrassed or pulled over by any law enforcement agency, police, LASMA or FRSC... These guys only stop me to beg. Na only Corolla, big daddy, Honda Civic and their likes police dey stop pass for road for boot and passenger check nowadays. You can work at night without any fear of your car been hijacked from you or sth. C-class is rugged, strong, durable, has 6-10 air bags- very safe. Engine can last a life time, fuel economy is perfect, parts cheaper compare to Corolla or biggy. Cost of purchase is low for even a clean title. And with farely used you can still get a toks standard btw 1.8m to 2m. Within 3m for a tokunbo. Budget well to get a good one don't be like the greedy fasasi1 that wants a perfect car with 650/800k after one year he will come crying for money back ![]() You can park anywhere if car breakdown without fear of any parts harvested. You have used two cars majorly so I believe you understand what I'm trying to say. |

There was someone here who was very much interested in helping newbies and assisting old timers with information and strategies to achieving great profits day in day out in this business but NO certain people were not happy with him and decided to ‘hound’ him off the thread. Now those same people are here trumpeting upandan about how unprofitable this same business is/was for them and therefore have taken it upon themselves to discourage anybody who even thinks of embarking on this same business. They are still here posting everyday saying the same thing yet some are still driving while others have moved on to something else they don’t wish to say for reasons known only to themselves . . . okay na we dey watch una A business which steady helps individuals and households to keep body and soul together in this present economical situation that we find the country in today. How much profit do you think the ‘other person’ doing the ‘other business’ makes in a day? Week? Month? Year? What are his challenges and sacrifices? What was his capital and what’s his current overhead? No business is risk free or easy in this world. If I remember correctly this thread wasn’t created to distract drivers or discourage newbies instead it was created and designed to help everyone involved to grow in the hustle. If you feel this business is a waste of time and investment then please do the rest of us hard working folks a nice favor by exiting the thread and staying away for good. Nobody likes to come in here and read from you guys who feel that the business isn’t profitable to anybody because it wasn’t profitable for you. ‘You do you’ and let ‘them do themselves’ Everyone should please endeavor to read the topic of this thread once again for guidance on how to post on it accordingly |

Hello everyone, I'm new here and want to know if bolt/uber accept SUV for ride. Secondly, since its SUV, did SUV have any advantage over small regular cars in term if rate charged on ride? Thirdly, if you use like 2014 model, is their any advantage over for instance 2004 cars used for same purpose in terms of charging rate? Thank you for your help |

Very true , eggs are good. ...Wayback I had two boiled eggs and 5 slices of bread for breakfast with hot cocoa. Ginger helps too. Like one stub of ginger (cut in small pieces ) in 750ml handy warm flask ,3 table spoons of Milo, no milk, no sugar. I use hot water. Around 10am, I start sipping it. Real energizer. |
