I get the joke now. Nigerian, this a plot twist from the opposition o to cow in on Labor Party using this Apapa and Arambambi faction to further destabilize that Labor Party with series of litigation and court judgement especially in collusion with INEC cos INEC is a party to that suit but also did not present a lawyer too in that case.

APC is an evil coven full of plot twisters and devilish mind but God pass them. They will all fall into their own trap. This is another back door to rein in and coerce the only Party with a presentable candidate. They picked Kano where the labor candidates there are inactive and joined the only state where they have. FEDERAL HIGH COURT as in federal not state. Federal high court has jurisdiction over all federal institution which I believe INEC is inclusive
