4.0 is ok but wen u get there your employer might not regard you like they might tink you don’t know how to communicate in English I suggest u try and get atleast 5.0 or 5.5

Where in Nigeria can I go and lay a complaint in person? Is it in TLS VI or UK Embassy in Walter carrington?

My passport and application has been with them since September last 2022. [
Anytime i do paid call they are always saying is Awaiting Decision.

Besides, I even told u that since the work duration of the visa you applied for has ended..there is no how u can get visa approval again..

best thing is to initiate application cancel request on ur profile ...u will receive email from them confirming ur application is cancled
... and there is a huge chance ur passport will get to TLS in the next few days because ur matter will receive fresh attention

employers dont need ur ielts result...
.its a requirment for visa ? Not for employer to rate you .....
countries that their english dont aound better than ours dont even write ielts ....

I can’t send a cancellation mail because my employer said Embassy is supposed to send them a contact renewal mail stating that the employer should renew the work contract for them continue processing the visa or they will deny the visa.
So the mail from the Embassy is what my employer is waiting for and is delaying.

What did u apply for?

Yeah... they said my sons passport has bn sent to UKVI ystrday morning. They advised me to do a follow up paid mail if it is urgent... i av done that alreay

Another observation on another son of mine visa vignette o.... Letter "L" was omitted in one of his names "DANIEL"... They wrote DANIE.

I sensed "cut-off" due to the long length of his fullnames I.e surname(8 letters), first name (13 letters), two-compound middle names (13 letters).

I hope this won't cause any issue at airports or port of entry?

This is serious, you would have checked before applying with your HND result. HND result is not accepted for Ecctis

You posted weeks ago about your employer issuing a maintenance letter to you and as well ticking YES for the maintenance part on the COS. Does it not cover Accommodation for you?. I'm asking cos my Employer ticked Yes for me and I am not budgeting for AirBnB so I can prepare for unforeseen circumstances.

You can't be with a family in a shared flat or a room. That's one of the challenges of moving with family for the first month.

No accomo kankan anywhere o . U must get ur own akomo. If not. Yanga go gas o . Get enough money for accomo, and know say , u might stay in airbnb for months sef, as these LL no dey look uche face with the demand of 3 month Bank Statements, and payslips. B4 them go give u house unless ure favored here or u get family wey fit use there own name collect house for u and the likes o.

It depends on your profession sha, some give a month, three months and 6 months most especially from band 5. You don't expect the organisation to accommodate a family in a room.
