“The judgement of the Federal High Court in Kano cannot stand in law. The issue of submission of a party’s membership register to INEC cannot be the basis for disqualification of candidates.

Hahahaha. What a shame. If the non-submission of party register should not be the basis for disqualification, why is double nomination by the APC is presented by the LP in the tribunal? So you mean anyone can just disobey the law and say it does not matter? You guys are shameless
