LP/Obidients don’t want Tinubu to become the president until the petition is done with. Same LP/Obidients are now saying Otti must be swear in irrespective of the judgement because there’s room for appeal. What else do we need to see you people’s double standards. |

garfield1:I hope you tell your fellow BATists this so that they will stop junketing around. Again, besides the case being statute barred, the plaintiff is a meddlesome interloper as he didn’t contest any election in Abia State. Secondly, Otti and other LP candidates in Abia weren’t parties to the suit. Who does that? |
| Re: Can The Kano Court Nullification Of Otti’s Candidature Stand? by garfield1: 2:42pm On May 19, 2023 |
Penguin2:Otti doesnt need to be a party as far as the entire abia and kano lp were sued.it was a pre primary matter contemplated against the party not candidates. Again, the guy may not be an interloper as that portion of the electoral act was silent on who can sue.but the case must be brought 14 days after occurrence not after primaries which means any party member has the locus.the guy self may have been an aspirant additionally |

Not only that the court lacks jurisdiction. This is a pre-election matter and according to section 285 of the constitution, all pre-election matter must be filed within 14 days of the event. This case was filed on the 11th day of May, 2023. Alex Otti emerged as the gubernatorial candidate of labour party for Abia State during the primaries held in June 2022 From a mere look, the case is status bared but the judge who is notorious in bribe taking, must have collected money to give this kangaroo judgement having been previously suspended by the NJC in 2016 |

ProphetM0hammad:You are an idiot. Did you read his statement in which i replied him? A castrated donkey like you with an IQ of a drug junkie should have known that court has jurisdiction whether federal or state, unlike that foolish comment he made asserting that court is court. Two Otondos 🤡🤡🤡 |
| Re: Can The Kano Court Nullification Of Otti’s Candidature Stand? by Nightwolf1: 3:27pm On May 19, 2023 |
Pierced:Yes but in this case, it lacks jurisdiction. Remember that it is a preelection matter. |
| Re: Can The Kano Court Nullification Of Otti’s Candidature Stand? by ProphetM0hammad: 3:28pm On May 19, 2023 |
Nightwolf1:You are still lagging behind Who said court is court. A federal high court in jigawa can deliver judgment on matters in your agulu or abakalicky That's why it's a federal high court Only a state high court lacks such jurisdiction. You are mentally retarded cos of overdose of ogbono, okpa and fungi infested cold akpu, so i don't expect you to understand. Now go and open shop and sell okrika boxers for Okafor Osu slaves everywhere |

Penguin2:An invalidated outcome lacking due process, has no jurisdiction, null & void ab initio. The law is the law, submit your register thirty days prior, any story is forever a nullity, never existed. You Obidients unless you are still deceiving yourselves, after all the gra gra have seen the writing on the wall, LP no get presidential candidate in the just concluded 2023 presidential election. Know this, & have peace of mind |

Penguin2:The petitioner didn’t challenge primary.. He challenged Otti’s candidacy as a whole. Before you contest primary, you need to first become a candidate from your party right, registered by INEC? He’s candidature is what he challenged! 30days already elapse before his name was registered with INEC! As for the court, see below!

Penguin2:I learned some Judges in Nigeria, specially in the north, did not study law, are not lawyers, therefore are not “learned”. Any wonder we keep reading nauseating rulings and judgment?. |

Nightwolf1:Nwa boy, you've spent 20 years selling okrika boxers and adibas shirt. You have to worry about how to make enough money to get night bus to Agulu first to see mama and buy Lagos bread for her Then you can borrow some money to repair your father's grave and clear the bushes there |

OkoAmarashy:There is a just cause for that to happen.... No Appeal Court Judge will stay in his way. For Rivers, it was their Congresses/Convention when there was a previous Court order to that effect, the Stay wasn't granted and they went ahead. |

lhordspy:It's a pre-election matter right? It should have been filed before the general election. Truth be told, the case is DOA. Kaase Aondoakaa SAN also filled a similar case against Fr Alia but it was thrown out because it was status barred. Status barred because it was filled outside of the stipulated time for such matters. |

Penguin2, my gee. Don't look far about the judgement but the circumstances around it and what the law says. Nigeria politics is capable of giving a healthy man an heart attach if one is on the wrong side. Have a great day The same kind of judgement was given 2019 and all APC candidates were thrown away in Rivers |

Benwallt:https://www.nairaland.com/7695453/labour-party-kano-judge-denies#123240256 I’m sure you have heard that the judge has denied issuing any such judgment. The case you are citing was in Zamfara in 2019. And it was INEC that refused to accept APC candidates in Zamfara because they conducted their primaries outside the INEC Timetable. The court simply agreed with INEC. Again it happened in Rivers after the Court agreed with Magnus Abe tendency of Rivers APC that they were excluded from the Primaries of APC in Rivers. But these two cases were filed within 14 days of the occurrence of those events. In Abia case, this individual woke up after 1 year to file the case. Who does that? And that’s even asides the fact that the facts of the case are not the same. |
