1) SHOW UP- Go to their offices with a gift and your proposal

2) BE AUTHENTIC AND CONVINCING- when you speak with them show them their own advantage and profit if they invest in your project

3) LEVERAGE MEDIA.... you need to RUN TARGETED AD CAMPAIGN and even make announcements on RADIO station across Ibadan

4) HOST AN EVENT where The investors will come and speak and you too will speak about your project, invite banks, and other parastatals to come and represent themselves there.

5) MEET SOMEONE WHO HAS DONE IT(OR SOMETHING SIMILAR) BEFORE AND GAIN WISDOM FROM THEM

6) RINSE and REPEAT.




For me, I got 4 top profile people to invest in cheap plots of dry land in Lagos and they invested a total of 50million for 100 plots(450k per full plot)..... sometime in 2021, today a plot sells for 1.2m in the same area, and I didnt DROP A DIME OF MY MONEY.... I just followed the process above and with prayer and God's mercy it worked.


so yes, do the same or edit it according to your own uniqueness and it may work for you even better.
