Oshiomhole was removed as national chairman of the APC when he was suspended from his ward. Ayu was also removed as the national chairman of the PDP when he was suspended from his ward.

So, the structures of criminality thought they could remove Julius Abure following same template. The recent stay of execution order by the appeal court against the Abuja high court exparte order has removed all restraints on Abure from performing his constitutional role as the substantive national chairman of the LP. If you watch the recent body language of Apapa, you'd see a defeated man.

Another key factor that threw the Lamidi Apapa renegade group into confusion is Obi's total disregard and unrecognition of their existence, how much more having dialogs with them. Obi is focused and cannot be distracted by jokers.

LP is the vehicle for the new Nigeria that is POssible, so the youths are encouraged to register enmasse in LP especially as we are certain to retrieve our mandate at the Supreme Court.

It means Apapa can now be arrested for impersonation.
It means Apapa will go to jail any time soon if he continues to parade himself as chairman.

If there is a stay of execution, the right thing Apapa should do is to go home until the Appeal court gives the final judgement.

FCT high court has coordinate jurisdiction with any other Federal high court.
