Court turning to secret cult. We are crying for more openness yet same judiciary that's supposed to be our hope is opting for secrecy.

What are they hidding? I used to think only criminals do their meetings in secret.
How many court proceedings have you watched live. They must shift the goal post because na una. Who una be self…. You are all just too full of yourself. First they rig election and stole your mandate. Mandate that you never earned. Then, Tinubu must not be installed until after the tribunal judgement…they even hired one fake pastor to proclaim doom that Tinubu will be arrested… when una go get sense say dem don use una catch cruise.

All court process are well documented, not meant for the unlearned. If lawyers want to see all records of event they know how to get them. Na OBI wey allow miscreant dey dictate for am cause all this nonsense. How can miscreant decide for the court?

Isn't better they allow gadgets so such incidents will be captured.
This is irrelevant pretext. Nigeria and APC are irredeemably corrupt

The court has its own gadgets for that. Nigeria is corrupt yet you’ve not moved out of it, aren’t you part of the corruption?

Why is transparency a problem in Nigeria.
so transparency is live coverage of judicial proceedings, abi? Cameras were in the face of Mamood when he pronounced Tinubu as the winner of the election, so live coverage will supply the court all the facts for obideint to win in court.

I'm sure if the judges allows live coverage of the court proceedings then the lives of the witnesses and the judges will be in danger from wayward obidients. They will start protesting and keep vigils in the courthouse or in the judge's house every day. Funny headless mob.

Which LAW exactly are you talking about.??

That something had been done a particular way since eternity, whereas there are many alternatives, yet those alternatives were never Forever explored,, does that mean that there is an established law for other alternatives not to be explored.??

If it becomes highly necessary to explore ALL those OTHER possible ALTERNATIVES,, does that translate to DESPERATION.??
so long the media can do recording to broadcast later no issue... We don't need any live telecast...

This presupposes that they are not likely to be transparent in their dealings. They are not going to allow live transmission of hearing. This is sad that the court is not on the side of the people.

But accredited media houses are allowed to cover the proceedings.

It's all this abuse of privilege that's the issue. I don't know anywhere judges allow coverage of their proceedings. Judges need to protect themselves and the witnesses.

Why didn't Atiku ask for 2003 tribunal proceedings to the transmitted?

Has anyone seen Court proceedings televised in Nigeria like Nollywood movies?

I never expected the judges to allow it.

No one I mean know one including Obi and the five criminal and bloodthirsty generals can intimidate the judiciary.
