I know that this na cruise.

But the fact remains that there is a big element of truth in it.

Remember, before Dangote refinery, Nigeria has four refineries that the President didn't bother to revamp and upgrade.

He became the petroleum minister and gave Dangote the powers to build a new one from the scratch.

No But when you hear creditors are no longer providing new line of credits and FG intervention of paying huge amount for shares and the volume issued for the payment

2. The sources of funding for the refinery came from a consortium of banks local and international and later on the CBN.

NNPCL is now aggressively renovating and repairing their refineries....and also the reason why they did not work? Subsidy. Subsidy prevents refineries from making something called profit.

Some people have been finding it difficult to digest the fact that the mega-refinery is owned by a northerner and therefore throw up bare lies, propaganda and hearsay in a bid to discredit the man.

Unfortunately for them, BUA is following closely behind with his own 200,000 barrels per day refinery to be completed next year while they wail sipping ogogoro and chanting awa oyel.
