maybe if i buy a 2023 toyota 70 series with a loan, and then leave the car in my garage. but hey, it is an achievement! i bought the ride! i have boosted my image! win win!


same with the military procurement that have failed to put a dent in boko haram. the same bh that allegedly has anti aircraft guns


of the three projects you listed - the only one that can be said to be delivering value is the second niger bridge.

this is the summary. the real index of any system, government , leader is economic propserity or the illusion of it. people will look away or excuse or unlook your failures if your policies are able to improve their lives. as it is , all buhari did was improve the lives of those who were with him in the 12 years he was trying to enter aso rock. the recharge card seller gang.

tackling corruption is low hanging fruit because so many nigerians have no conscience or sense and will steal with abandon. you dont even need any forensic auditing. it is as brazen as signing off on services or goods never provided. but with all the opportunities available to buhari to personally make an example of corrupt nigerians, nothing happened.

the only saving grace of his admin [no fuel scarcity] was effectively fked over by NNPC and their importer cabal. a man with a modicum of sense would have made heads roll - but everyday we were treated to pictures of buhari and the jokers in nnpc smiling as they spat out their incorrigible excuses.

I don’t think any challenge will be happening jare. The most intelligent amongst APC supporters here know there’s no defence for the disaster Buhari’s administration was. They’ve been wise not to fall for any bait to defend the indefensible . They know Buhari didn’t solve most of the problems we saw in Jonathan’s administration that made us kick him out.

and then we have the international court cases the man forced through instead of looking for settlements. at the time it looked as if he knew what he was doing - but between buhari , malami and his 'consultant' shenanigans all that has happened is nigeria is now on the hook for failed court cases in forex.
