Honestly, at first it is not easy but I will try to explain what I know and do practically. After the break of structure, resistance becomes support. Support holds and then wait for a bullish confirmation before riding it to the previous high. If the support doesnt hold or no bullish confirmation then it is time to rest because it would probably break the recent higher low.
