LP should be planning towards 2031 which still would be an effort in futility, as power would be returning to the North.
LP 20, LP 31. LP are trying to be Devils Advocate here.

They thought LP manifesto wasn't well thought through.

When we tell them Tinubu is empty they think it's about politics.

Don't u think some necessary things and ammended be done before the removal of fuel subsidy?
Racoon:
I totally disagree with the leadership of the LP on this condemnation issue. Fuel subsidy is an unnecessary evil perpetuated by the demons in the APC for 8 years after calling it a fraud without having a zilch about its intricacies.

Now if the same APC is cornered to dispose of it on accountxof the associated economic implications, then so be it. After all, that is what a Peter Obi regime also planned to do.

Detractors subsidy has been removed already by the Senate and Buhari, a new bill expunged subsidy from our laws, there was no budget allocation for subsidy in June 2023.

Buhari and the Senate agreed on a bill to stop funding subsidy. Tinubu was only informing ignorant Nigerians like you.

Maybe you just returned from Sudan with the last batch of returning. Ask people around about the situation in Nigeria politics. Keep on fooling around by calling LP major opposition party. All the three parties APC, PDP and LP promised to remove the subsidy in the campaign. Only Atiku promised to setup committee from each geopolitical zones to celebrate on it before removing it. As for Tinubu/APC, removing subsidy was so sudden without adequate preparations for the poor masses

There must be practical plans to remove the subsidy. I agree that the decision is too hasty. Dangote's refinery is a blessing to this administration so let it come on fully by August then remove the subsidy. If this is not taken into consideration, the pain will be unbearable for our people. I support the removal but not now

This is their loser of a presidential candidate's tweet on 8th of May, saying if elected, he would remove fuel subsidy immediately .
What is the difference between what Tinubu did and what Peter Obi was playing on doing?

Ask PDP, una go soon tire. I give you just 6months of wailing. Body go rest.

This LP are just to novice. Subsidy has bn removed since. Buhari didn't budgetted for subsidy in 2023 budget and he make sure that 1st day of June subsidy will be completely removed.

I blamed Tinubu anyway for allowing us be passing through the same method all the time.

Revoke license of those hurdling the fuel, no one will try that rubbish again.
The early Tinubu pass this message across the better for his govt.

Can you imagine?

Subsidy was removed by Buhari has promised and the main reason Tinubu quickly let Nigerians know before he resumed office that there is no longer Subsidy in the government that was handed over to him.

Buhari has been saying it since late last year that he would remove subsidy before leaving office and it's not included in this year budget..
