Ofcourse he would want to be loyal except them show am shege along the line but that's is inconsequential. Honestly, am happy for him and like earlier comments, it's his turn. In Nigeria today, everything na turn by turn and I wish him all the best.

However, in frank and honest terms, can a country really survive on turn by turn system! In a country of over 200million, when will it then everybody's turn cos everybody deserves a shot at greatness. Opportunities should be matched with competence, capacity and character and not a loyalty reward program else, it will become very counter productive, a system full of eye and lip service that cannot be reproached.

People are just being mischievous. All the 3 frontliners (Tinubu, Obi,& Atiku) vowed to remove the fuel subsidy at the NESG debate. Furthermore, the 2023 budget did not make provisions for subsidy beyond June. So, what's new or strange in what Tinubu said?
