Just go with what you have like your passport, two photocopies of your data page(colored), appointment letter and PPR letter..

Hello family! How long should your transmitted passport be with the Canada embassy?
Mine has been with the Ghana embassy for more a week now!
I made contact with vfs but they have no idea how long it will take!
If I use webform is it going to work for me?

It’s not required but you can do it to save time n stress. If you don’t use arrive can you’ll still declare via self service machine.

Probability of getting it is high if you package it well. Make sure you make reference to the visas and all the denials.

Background check will run till your passport is stamped. The important part is eligibility, once it’s completed you’ll get an update soon. Send mails and Webform.

There's no appeal procedure in the IRCC, but you can send a "reconsideration request" through the webform. Make sure you counter all the refusal reasons with strong arguments, give reference to documents that you submitted in the initial application, and don't include any new documents with your reconsideration request.

Alternatively, you can hire an immigration lawyer and then file for judicial review. I don't think you want to do this because it's expensive and there's no guarantee of a positive result.

Either way, you will need to wait several months, and there's no guarantee that the result will come out positive.
