People from Rivers State re the most dumb set of people I ve seen. Am really sorry to say this.
When i served in the north, one of my roommate in camp who's from Eche open mouth talk say he's not Igbo dat he's from Niger Delta. But the funny part of it is that I communicate with him in Igbo and he responds as well in Igbo language.
People from Delta re finally seeing the light and they easily identify with their Igbo root.
I now asked the fool, is their any tribe in Nigeria called Niger Delta?
He couldn't even answer me.
Pls to all my Igbo brothers ND sisters out there, is a pity d Nigerian system dejected us, thereby making people with ancestral roots with us feel ashamed in identifying with us. Just be calm and never relent, coz God will raise a Messiah amongst us, who will turn around our story.

Spain and Portugal speak similar language but different people. Ukraine and Poland, Malaysia and Indonesia, Denmark and Sweden including Finland, Urhobo and Isoko, Yorubas and Itshekiri and so on. What is wrong with you Igbos?
Ikwerres don't speak same dialect.
Port Harcourt Ikwerre dialects differ so much with Ikwerre LGA dialects. Emuoha speak a different Ikwerre dialect that may be difficult for you to pick.
