Binance rate is the real black market, it kinda went down a little bit sha because a couple of days it went up to 763,hopefully in the coming days it will go down. They should just remove the scam official rate because na only God knows who dey see am for that rate. I guess its business, Central Bank gives you for around 550 to 600,then you sell for black market rate see chopping.
