I opened an account, paid 2k for the usd card and funded it with about 1k to test the platform. They created the usd card but my card details doesn't show (Security n card #) when I click show card details making it impossible for me to use the card to shop online. Chipper cash are gradually becoming scam n I have been waiting for 4 days without any solution. 3k wasted. |

Update the app and check network speed… The latter do cause that issue at times. |

Westerhoffe:I have done that already no luck. Why should every other thing work smoothly except displaying my card details? Their stupid customer care will take forever to respond to messages. |

Chipper Cash technical support nothing to write home about. It takes them weeks to respond to a support ticket |

Yes, i agree with you. I paid 2k last month to purchase their card, just because of some declined transaction which was not my fault but from a stupid app i subscribed too, they revoke my card. Telling me to purchase a new card. No prior warning, no strikes, just straight up revoking. |
