If Messi departs PSG his career will eventually come to an end. Unless he goes to a very reputable club.

In as much as Messi is a great footballer, he doesn't have the audience and grace that follows the relevance of Ronaldo. This is mainly due to poor marketing and packaging.

Ronaldo has packaging.
Sadly, Messi Doesn't.

Messi's relevance at PSG was below average.
He would have gone into oblivion if not for the world Cup win.

He has done well for himself, however.

This one no sabi ball, 16 goals ,16 assists na below average?....,chai, whole community suppose gather beat you.

The guy is just a little above average. Nothing special about him aside the media hype and when both of him and CR7 are reagning no any specia abovel average players unlike during Zidane, Original Ronaldo, Beckham, Figo, Ronaldinho, Deco, Henry etc that when football was full of stars.

Football is too dull nowadays. Imagine Saka is a star player in Arsenal team when a player like Pires , Wiltord even our own King Kanu couldn't boast of starting eleven

Lol...someone that was obviously the best player in the league. Better rest you ororo fans
when was he the best player in the league? How many goals and assist? Ronaldo went to Juventus and conquered, he came to Man united and did it again before he departed. The first time messi ever played in another league, he became a shadow of himself for the entire period.

Omo you don't know anything...you don't look at matches or even stats. Don't let messi news cause you early death o cheesy. Its even foolish to keep comparing him to ronaldo that no european club wants again. This is the stat of an old man

This is the stat of an old man in the same league with mbappe that is better than ronaldo cheesy. Don't forget they'd give mbappe the award bcus of more goals and also mbappe is the face of ligue 1 and he is still a young player

It wasn't due to poor marketing. Messi had the media, FIFA and UEFA behind him. They drooled at his every move and always questioned Ronaldo. The real difference is the level of grace. Both of them are graced. Messi has won more recognition, Ronaldo has more followership.

My brother, please don't even say this louder. Messi at his peak was the most dangerous player in the universe. Hmm... go replay the guy tapes oo... till now nobody can do what he did. Ronaldo is my preferred player, but you see Messi, he was a spark!

Age has caught up with him. It is how a lot of you football fans expect these guys to keep performing at maximum capacity with total disregard for their aging body... that selfishness...

Ronaldo and Messi have done the world a great service. We should rather be sad that for the next 10-15 years, we may never experience their kind of game.

May God bless the womb that birthed them...
