Apparently, the criminal bokoharam terrorists have been dislodged from their base in the North East and a handful number of them were also killed.

The few ones that escaped alive are scattered all over the North currently operating as armed bandits and kidnappers.

Unlike the mother organisation, these splinter groups operate with stealth and mostly leave no trace, making their directions and locations extremely difficult to track.
