House please , I have a 5bedrom completed house ,save to live in but i just want to travel for work since there is no job ..I don't know which bank can loan me based on collateral ..my farm business is not registered and not doing well again ..any one that has gone through this should pls hint and give me advise

Do you have a CofO on the property? Is it located in a city? Has it been valued by reputable estate valuers?

I have not valued it at all but it's in a well developed area in ife .close to oau campus
I don't have the c of O just the red copy and the building approval from the ministry

I doubt any bank will give you loan because the CofO is the most valuable document.

C of o takes a long time to get ni they said the governor of Osun State did not sign anyone last year

this is the more reason of getting your property documents intacts. Far as government is concerned the property is not yours so how fo you place a property that is not yours as collateral? With your c of o banks will be on your doorstep begging you to take their loan offers.
