Hello NLers, please I need your sincere advice on this issue....

Am a HND holder hoping to get a Post graduate Degree(PGD) and then proceed to M.Sc abroad, please advice me on which country I can study with cheap tuition!

Canada; do proper internet search. A couple of "affordable" schools there plus they're immigration friendly, so there's a huge possibility of getting your PR after schooling. All the best

For canada, it is difficult but not impossible to get a PR with a pgDip. Reason being that you only get 1year post graduation work permit. One year would likely be too short to get a job and/or file your documents for PR. 2 or 3 years post grad work permit better, but you would only get that if your program is at least 2 years in lenght.
