I guess you didn’t read the whole story..

Under cross examination by counsel to the All Progressives Congress (APC), Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), Madaki admitted that FCT is like any other state.

The same witness latter agreed Abuja is just like any other state!

We need to stop wasting time with this 25% Abuja issue and we need to stop it quickly. LP needs a knockout punch to turnover both APC and PDP votes to the tune of at least 1 million.

Anything less would produce a rerun of three and from what I can see, LP will lose Lagos and Edo state for starters.

Disqualifying Tinubu would produce a rerun of 2 and all APC votes are going to PDP. Ditto Atiku not been allowed to partake in a rerun.

Let's get onto the election rigging issue abeg.

INEC just played out any hope for LP.. because they failed to get popular vote or 2/3 In 26 states

In case of a rerun (which can't happen) Only Atiku and Tinubu are qualified
not if he proved he was able to get same in 25 states

You like people who will be deceiving you. This is how many of you were jubilating on ANAP and Bantupage online election forecast report only to find out you were on self-deceit mission. How did the lawyer shot himself? He asked a witness question, instead of witness to go straight and answer the question, he was using expired logic that Tinubu also did not have 25%. Do you expect lawyer to be shouting on witness? Witness said it did not mean it was true. It was not INEC that said it, it was emotionally filled Atiku witness which never changed reality on ground.

However, even if both do not have 25% in Abuja, is it the only criterial? Tinubu is still most qualified among the three because he has highest number of votes which others like Obi and Atiku do not have. He won more than 2/3 (24) states of Nigeria which others like obi doesn't have. Tinubu won 30 states while obi won 15 (16) states. Instead of winning 24 states and Abuja making 25 states, Tinubu won in excess of 30 states which made him over ride 25% of Abuja. Obi doesn't have majority votes (he is no3rd position) and obi doesn't have 24 states. He needs win in more 8 states. Out of 3 conditions, he passed only one (1/3) while Tinubu passed (2.5/3).

Atiku witness was just only acting film, never take him serious to prove a case for obi. Did you hear from international observers, ex-presidents, chief justices of Nigeria opposing INEC on Abuja 25% , that means you are only deceiving yourself on that issue. Purge yourself from self-deceit, obi has lost; get ready to use different vocabularies to abuse judges when they throw his cases out at the end of the day. You can't teach INEC on how to do its work, they do follow constitutions to letter; that is why they have been winning court cases in recent times

INEC lawyer was expecting the PDP witness to argue that 25% is not required to be declared president; unfortunately for INEC the witness argued on the contrary and strengthens Obi's path for Presidency. INEC lawyer miscalculated and PDP witness misfired

A run off between the first and second can only happen if the popular vote margin is close not 2million votes

Supreme Court made that clear during Osun tribunals
