The Petitioners now seek to tender INEC certified true copies of Forms EC40G for Bayelsa State.

1st Respondent:

They object to the admissibility of the documents for reasons they shall advance later.

2nd and 3rd Respondents:

They too object to the admissibility of the documents and shall advance their reasons at the stage of final written address.

4rh Respondent:

They object to the admissibility of the documents and their reasons shall be embedded in their final address.

The complains, yet again, about the manner which the documents are piled. The Justices expressed displeasure that sometimes they mention more documents and actually tender less until corrections are noted.

So the courtroom is currently sitting quietly while the secretary is with the Labour Party and Peter Obi’s lawyers checking documents.

There’s an error in the LGA presented and the judges are trying to sort out what schedule it was tendered on.

Justice Tsammani is not having it as he has been complaining about the documents tendered and arrangements of the schedules.

Justice Adah has also complained and they are putting all the schedules page by page to locate the missing LGA.
