My seven months baby stopped taking pap and baby's food. She prefer eating adult food but looks like adult food not enough for her. What should we do about this? As it affecting her physical look Or what other enticing food will you advice? |

Keep giving the adult food then but make it softer for the baby. For example, if you want to give baby semo, you make it very soft and give with soup , if its yam, same thing but mashed. You can give pureed fruits too 6 Likes |

Feed your baby with nourishing, easy to digest foods like egg yolks, cooked mackerel, boiled sweet potatoes, milk, Greek yogurt, oranges, bananas... You can also make slimy soups (like okra) with palm oil, mackerel fish, and leafy vegetables for your baby. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Spray:Since she prefers adult food, give her enough of it Then for pap add Milo and don't dissolve the Milo so that she can crunch on the milo pallets as you scoop the pap with spoon into her mouth. Give her fruits to help her in digesting the adult food 2 Likes |

Forget all these advice telling you to continue giving her solids. She's still to Young to switch completely to adult food. It will make her malnourished and look like one akpruka baby. Go and get Gerber's cereal and their yogurt. Also buy Aptamil formula milk. After making the Gerber cereal, add one cup of yogurt and mix, Hm if your baby taste it, she'll not want to eat any adult food again and it will give her that ajebutter look .Make banana smoothie and add the Aptamil formula to it. She'll like it The only adult food you can be giving her is, mashed potatoes ( Irish) mixed with fattening butter. Look for a good tasting foreign butter. Then little Amala with ewedu or okra packed with Titus fish Just little once in a while. Lastly go and get her children chewable vitamins if she can chew o. Take a before and after pics, you would be amazed at her skin color and overall looks. 1st pics is the yogurt. One cup to a bowl of her cereal. They have the straw berry and other flavors but banana is my favorite. Tastes so sweet. 2nd pics is the cereal. This the rice. They have the flavored fruits ones too. 3rd pics Aptamil. 3 Likes
