The law is anti-progressive to Lagos. What made Lagos different from Ibadan and other southwestern states it's the cosmopolitan nature of the state. Any law targetted against nonindigenous people will bring about capital and wealth transfer out of Lagos as they will perceive their investment it's no longer safe, they will make the money here pay their taxes, and take the profit to invest back home ( Capital Flight ) and it will deepen the divisibility more and it will make the SE and SS states assembly responds brutally. No man is an island, we all need each other. Where you work and pay your taxes you should enjoy the same privileges as the locals there that is how to build all-inclusiveness.
