Even if you rig yourself into power as president or not, you must perform, because the scrutiny and pressure on you is just too intense, including from social media.

Especially from social media, where armies of millions of furious Nigerians are ready to descend on you if you screw up.

This is why we see how Tinubu hit the ground running from Day 1.

He cannot afford to be seen to be dulling.

You just have to perform in today’s Nigeria or you’re finished politically.
