Cutting of HEAD is not the solution to headache my brother. Scrapping of NYSC is not the solution. Our drivers should be well educated on driving. Excessive speed and drunkenness are part of causes of road accident. I live in Germany for years in villages and cities l never witness accident once.This is avoidable accident.
